Please Note the following:
- Each Registration is allowed a maximum of 3 papers for publication in the Proceedings.
- ALL FEES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS.
- All registration fees are subject to 5% GST
- Student Registration does not include the Sunday Banquet or the Printed Proceedings.
- Banquet ticket(s) for an accompanying guest/spouse can be purchased for $100 (+ GST) per ticket. Once you start your registration process below you will have the opportunity to purchase an extra banquet ticket(s) and request a nametag for your guest.

Refund Policy
* A Cancellation Request received up to January 15, 2010 will be assessed a $75 Cancellation penalty (to be deducted from refund).
* A Cancellation Request received between January 16th, 2010 and April 23rd, 2010 will be assessed a $75 Cancellation Penalty plus an additional $175 Cancellation Penalty for a registration that included Proceedings (to be deducted from refund).
* A Cancellation Request received April 24, 2010 and later is not eligible for a refund.
